Return Refund & Cancellation Policy

Tija is designed  manufactured and tested  using best global practices and standards. However, if for any reason you find that the device or not giving the expected results   or is not working properly  and you wish to return the product then please see below the quick steps to follow for the same.

  • Correspond / send WhatsApp  message to customer care no 9818325689 or send a email to customercare@eyepTech.com  with your contact details and product Sr no. mentioned on device and packing box
  • The customer Care executive will contact you and facilitate the returns process
  • You can then return the product by courier  , the address of which is provided in the ‘contact us’ page.
  • Please pack the device along with all the accessories and manuals in the original pack and safely pack the product to handover to the courier.
  • If the product you are returning is not faulty, then please ensure that it is in perfect working order and is not damaged.
  • If you have asked for an exchange then a new device will be couriered to you post inspection.
  • Alternately, if you have asked for a refund then a cheque will be sent based on the company policy.

Cancellation:

If for any reason you choose to not take the product delivery when it is bought online or choose to return the product within 48 hours of buying the product from the authorised store (with the packing intact), we will consider it as cancellation. We will process this cancellation as below:

  • Upon receiving the cancellation claim by the customer, we will refund them when the device bought online is returned followed by inspecting the product and deducting the shipping expenses.
  • If the customer cancels the order at the store, then the order amount will be refunded after the product is inspected for completeness.

 Timelines   to return an item?

You can return the product only within  7 days after delivery. Please ensure that the Electro pad and its wires  being returned have not been damaged. All extra pair of Hydrogel pads are returned without opening their foil packing   In case of deviation , the return will not be accepted.

How do I cancel my order?

Cancellation can be made only within 24 hours of placing the order.

Do I have to pay anything to return my items?

 No , Only courier charges for return have to borne by you 

How will I receive my refund?

The money will be refunded in the same way the payment was made. We will refund the Credit Card or Net-Banking account if the payment was by Credit Card or Net-Banking, We will initiate the process of refunding after we have received the product. If you have paid by cash, you will get a cheque at your address, for that value.

When will I receive my refund?

Typically, refunds are credited into your account in 7-8 working days. This varies from bank to bank. We cannot be held responsible for any delays in crediting the Cardholder’s credit card account, since this falls in the purview of Cardholder’s issuing bank.

What should I do if the refund amount is incorrect?
